The property is a brand new construction luxury home designed for an oasis retreat for guests. The home was built by the local Amish community members and the detailed craftsmanship is stunning, from the solid hickory 10ft kitchen cabinets to the hand built custom sweeping staircase!

The Ranch is GREEN! The 3S ranch uses Geothermal systems for both heating and air conditioning, decreasing the need for electricity or propane.
