Flathead Lake Lodge is a historic third-generation family-owned and -operated all-inclusive guest ranch in Bigfork, Montana. With nearly 2,000 acres, the ranch sits on the shore of Flathead Lake in northwest Montana. In the summer, families enjoy weeklong stays with abundant on-ranch activities, while spring and fall are ideal for meetings, retreats, conferences and destination weddings.
Recreation includes a horseback riding program that includes trail rides, lessons, rodeo events, breakfast rides and lunch rides. In addition to the riding programs, Flathead Lake Lodge offers water activities on Flathead Lake, the largest natural freshwater lake in the West. Spend the afternoon sailing your own boat or enjoying the winds aboard one of the ranch's late 1920s Q class racing sloops. Additional water activities include kayaking, water skiing, boat cruises and enjoying the lakeside heated pool.
As the ranch provides an all-inclusive stay, a vacation includes lodging, meals, beverages, snacks and on-ranch recreation. Additional inclusive activities include laser tag, tennis/pickleball, guided mountain biking, guided hikes, stand-up paddleboarding, Pinzgauer tours, archery, kids' activities, fly-casting lessons, yoga and a barn dance to name a few.
Meals are served family-style in our historic Main Lodge and include local cuts of meat, fresh vegetables and homemade breads and desserts. Chef Rob and his incredible team feature as many locally sourced items as possible, with much of the cooking done in the outdoor kitchen. Our kitchen staff can accommodate any dietary needs you might have.
Flathead Lake Lodge is the ultimate family vacation, Montana style.
