Ninepipes Lodge is a motel, restaurant and lounge located on Highway 93 in the Mission Valley of Northwestern Montana. We are centrally located, just a short distance from he towns of St. Ignatius and Ronan, with the Mission Mountains just steps to the East, and surrounded by the Ninepipe Wildlife Management Area. The refuge provides a tremendous variety of birds for viewing. Traveling north will take you to Flathead Lake, the largest natural fresh water lake west of the Mississippi, and to Glacier National Park. Just minutes drive to the west is the National Bison Range. One of the oldest Wildlife Refuge's in the United States, the NBR 18,000 acres (29 Sq Miles) provides a wildlife viewing opportunity just second to the great Yellowstone National Park. The Range was pivotal refuge for restoring the great American Bison populations.
We offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner for casual/fine dining in our beautiful restaurant. Every table in our dining room has spectacular views, with the Mission Mountain range reflecting on the surface of our private kettle pond. Our beautiful, clean lounge is also a great place to enjoy a meal, or simply have a drink before dining in the restaurant. If nothing else, step inside to see the great display of North American taxidermy.
When you are ready to call it a day, our spacious rooms are clean and quiet, a great place to rest and plan your next Montana experience. Facilities are available for conferences, meetings, and workshops. A quality museum of early Montana, an art gallery, and a trading post are next door. You will enjoy your stay with us here at Ninepipes Lodge.
