The perfect spot for family reunions and weekend getaways; the property features a western style ranch home with three bedrooms, downstairs living quarters, two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Ranch activities include horseback riding, hiking, fishing, birding and watchable wildlife.

Canyon Ferry Lake, located nearby, offers excellent boating and fishing opportunities.
